Securely place the garments in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
